Custom Typeface
This Project is a typeface that I wanted to display. I created it to express myself and my personality. It is a Display typeface that I created in the program Glyphs called Hoyer Regular. I looked for inspiration to help me get ideas. I found a lot of good examples of expressive type and different patterns. I was thinking a lot about how to make my typeface abstract and unique and I wanted to find images that were similar to those ideas.

I was inspired by the images of a diamond because it resembles luxury and strength and it made me start making sketches where the O’s resembled a diamond. Then I created the other letters around the O and made that diamond shape the base for most of the letters. After that I went into Illustrator and began building out the letters in vector form and used the program Glyphs to put everything together.
